Terms and Conditions for SMOOCH Electric Toothbrush Promotion
1. Promotion Overview:
- The promotion is organized by Smooch Limited, located at SMOOCH Dental Spa, Ravenswood Central, Woodend, New Zealand.
- The offer includes the gift of a PHILIPS Sonicare Electric Toothbrush worth $100 for patients who book and attend a SMOOCH 'The New Smoocher' appointment. We will confirm with you at the time of booking if you have booked in time as stock is limited and is being allocated on a first booked first reserved basis.
2. Eligibility:
- The promotion is open to all new customers of SMOOCH Dental Spa.
-Use the Code 'PHILIPS' to access the offer, this is the brand of the Toothbrush you will receive.
- Patients must book and complete a SMOOCH New Smoocher appointment to be eligible for the free electric toothbrush within 4 months of the date of booking.
3. Booking and Appointment:
- Appointments must be booked through the SMOOCH website (www.smooch.co.nz) or by calling 03 313 3223.
- The promotion is valid for appointments booked and attended during the promotional period.
4. Promotion Period:
- The promotion is available while stocks last.
- Smooch Limited reserves the right to end the promotion at any time without prior notice.
5. Redemption:
- The free $100 PHILIPS Sonicare Electric Toothbrush will be provided to eligible customers after the completion of their SMOOCH New Smoocher appointment. Eligible customers will be informed of their eligibility before they attend their appointment.
- The toothbrush must be collected in person at SMOOCH Dental Spa, Ravenswood Central, Woodend.
6. Limited Stock:
- The promotion is subject to availability. Smooch Limited has a limited number of PHILIPS Sonicare Electric Toothbrushes available for this promotion.
- Once the stock is depleted, the promotion will no longer be available.
