Welcome to Club SMOOCH

We believe that you should get the best care for your teeth without breaking the bank. That's why we’ve created Club SMOOCH. You can choose from three different membership plans and pay either once a week or once a month. Taking care of your teeth can help you stay healthy and happy, and it can also prevent you from getting gum disease and other health issues.

Just $1 a day! Club members can enjoy two hygiene appointments per year.

What to expect

  1. Once you have subscribed our friendly Customer Service team will be in touch to arrange your appointments and answer any other questions you may have about your Membership.
  2. SMOOCH will provide all of our members a FREE GOODIE BAG with a good toothbrush, toothpaste, interdental brushes, or floss at every cleaning.
  3. You can manage your membership, access special deals, read articles, and make appointments in the "Members area". Simply sign up to activate your account and you’ll receive an invite via email. 


How do I book my appointments?

Once you have purchased a Club SMOOCH membership, either 2,3 or 4 appointments per year, our friendly customer service team will be in contact with you to book in your appointments. Once they are booked in you can either manage them yourself online, or give or team a call, txt or email if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. 

What happens if I don’t attend?

We will remind you by email and txt in advance of your appointment. If you are unable to attend please contact us to re-arrange your appointment. If you fail to attend a booked appointment without notifying us, we have the right to forego that appointment at our discretion.  

Can I cancel my membership?

If you wish to cancel your membership please contact us. We will calculate if you have over or under paid for your appointments to that point in time and either invoice or reimburse you for the difference. 

How long does my membership last?

Your membership will remain in place for as long as you wish to continue visiting Smooch and having your teeth cleaned or any other service we may offer in the future. To cancel just contact us and we will make the appropriate arrangements as above. 

When will payments be collected?

Depending on your membership we will collect payments weekly or monthly from the date upon which you join Club SMOOCH. We look forward to welcoming you and providing exemplary service for years to come.
